Their business operations are essentially confined to the insurance of employers against their liabilities under the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act 1993 (COIDA).

The MBA Boland has a close affiliation with FEM and recommends that all employers use the services of FEM instead of working through the DoEL relating to workman’s compensation for all work-related injuries and diseases.

MBA Boland members are entitled to discounts on certain services provided by FEM.
